Appointment Cancellation Policy

  • Please allow 48-hours notice if you have to reschedule.
  • If you are experiencing symptoms of ANY illness within 72 hours of your scheduled appointment, please let me know immediately to reschedule.
  • For Permanent Makeup procedures, I cannot perform your service while you are sick. You will not lose your deposit if you give me advanced notice. If you do not show up for your appointment or if I have to turn you away, you will have to pay another deposit before rescheduling.
  • For Esthetics services, all no-shows will require a payment of 50% of the missed service before rebooking.
